Zach Hamedi is a co-founder of True North Management and serves as the agency’s Head of Recruitment & Operations. He brings extensive experience across both the Canadian and United States college soccer systems, having competed at the NCAA Division II, NJCAA (JUCO), USPORTS, Ontario Premier League (OPL), and British Columbia Premier League (BCPL) levels. Having navigated the recruitment and transfer process firsthand, Zach provides players with practical, experience-driven guidance through every stage of their collegiate pathway.

At True North, Zach Hamedi oversees recruitment strategy, day-to-day operations, and coach communication. He works closely with players to build individualized recruitment plans, manage outreach and timelines, and ensure each athlete is presented accurately and professionally to college programs. Through years of involvement in college soccer, Zach has developed a strong network of coaches and programs across the NCAA, NAIA, and U SPORTS landscapes.

Zach’s firsthand experience, combined with a proven track record of securing collegiate placements and transfers, allows True North to operate with clarity, transparency, and a results-driven, player-first approach focused on long-term fit and opportunity.
