Cale Loughrey serves as Head of Player Mentorship & Guidance at True North Management and brings extensive experience across collegiate, semi-professional, and professional soccer environments. His playing career includes time at Seneca Sting and UAB Blazers, followed by professional and semi-professional experience with Forge FC, FC Edmonton, HFX Wanderers, Hamilton Accies, and Partick Thistle.

This wide range of experience gives Cale a deep understanding of how players progress through different pathways—from college soccer to the professional game, both in North America and abroad. He understands the realities of recruitment, roster competition, daily standards, and the transition challenges players face at each level.

At True North, Cale works closely with athletes to provide mentorship, guidance, and honest insight into the college game and beyond. He helps new clients understand their available pathways, what coaches truly look for, and how decisions made at the college level can impact long-term opportunities. His role ensures players are informed, prepared, and supported as they navigate each stage of their development.
