Liam Vivian is a co-founder of True North Management, a player-first soccer agency built by athletes who have lived the college recruitment process firsthand.

Liam has direct experience in the United States college soccer system and has also competed across multiple high-level development pathways in North America, including the Ontario Premier League (OPL), NPSL, and USL League Two. This broad background gives him a clear understanding of how players move between leagues, levels, and collegiate programs.

At True North, Liam focuses on guiding players through recruitment and transfers with clarity and honesty. His role centers on identifying the right competitive environment for each athlete, managing communication with college coaches, and ensuring decisions are made based on fit, opportunity, and long-term development—not pressure or volume.
